Subscription refund requests are handled by TrackRescue.

• Access to TrackRescue software features based on the selected plan.
• Playlist monitoring limits, scan frequency, repair workflow tools, alerts, history, and export features.
• Account and YouTube connection tools used to manage authorized playlist metadata.
• No ownership or license to YouTube audio, video, music, or third-party media content is included.

• When checkout is enabled, Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record and processes TrackRescue subscription payments and approved refund transactions.
• Customers can request a refund through the TrackRescue billing tools made available with checkout or by contacting support@trackrescue.cloud.
• Include the TrackRescue account email and Dodo Payments invoice, receipt, or payment reference when available.
• Refund eligibility is reviewed under this policy and applicable consumer protection law.

• A subscription can be cancelled before the next renewal to stop future billing.
• Unless a refund is approved or access is removed for abuse, paid access usually remains available until the end of the current billing period.
• If a refund is approved, TrackRescue may end paid plan access for the refunded subscription.
• All TrackRescue access is sold as paid subscription access when checkout is available.

• Refunds may be refused where there is fraud, refund abuse, account sharing abuse, or other manipulative behavior.
• Refunds are not a way to bypass subscription limits, YouTube restrictions, or third-party content rules.
• Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights that apply under consumer protection law.
• Chargebacks and payment disputes may be handled by Dodo Payments, the card network, and the customer's payment provider.
